TTD 'SAKSHATKARA VAIBHAVAM 2015' in Kalyana Venkateswara Swamy Temple, Srinivasa Mangapuram

Tirumala Tirupati Devasthanam TTD has set all the arrangements  to celebrate three day annual festival "Sakshatkara Vaibhavotsavam" in the temple of Srinivas Mangapuram, the abode of Sri Kalyana VenkateswaraSwamy. The Temple is located at a distance of 10km from Tirupati City, Andhrapradesh, India.

This annual festival usally begins on Ashada Sudda Shasti Day (June/July) and continued for three days in every year. In 2015, Sakshatkara Vaibhavotsavam is celebrated from July 19, 2015(Sunday) to July 21, 2015(Tuesday) and Paruveti Utsavam on July 22, 2015(Wednesday)

Significance & Importamce of Sakshatkara Vaibhavotsavam:
According to Historical evidences of the temple , dated 22nd March 1540A.D. the Temple was brought to Worship by doing Jeernodaara by Chinni Thirumalacharyulu, the grandson of great saint Sri Talapaka Annamacharylu. 

In 1940A.D. an Archaka Swamulu by name Sundararaju came from Tamilnadu to Srinivasa Mangapuram. He shared his dream with villagers by saying that in his dream Lord Vekateswara Swamy appeared and asked him to bring the temple to Past Vaibhavam(glorious) by performing Deepa Naivedya Aaradhana and Lord disppeared. As per the Lord words, Archaka Swami Sundaraju performed first pooja on July 1940 which was coincided on Ashada Suddu Shasti Day with the help of village elders.

To mark the auspicious day of revival of Nitya Pooja Kaikaryam, TTD has been conducting this festival as Sakshatkara Vaibhavotsavam on Ashada Sudda Shasti Day in the month of June/July in every year. The festival program details are as follow...
