TTD Appalayagunta Temple Daily Darshan Timings, Tirupati, AP. Srivari Mandir Daily/Weekly/Monthly/Annual Seva Datails

Appalayagunta Temple is the abode of Sri Prasanna Venkateswara Swamy. The temple is located at a distance of 16KM from the Tirupati city, Andhrapradesh, India. Lord Sri Prasanna Venkateswara Swamy, the presiding deity of the temple is in Abhaya Hastha Pose(Blessing Hand).

The other shrines in the main temple are  Sri Andal Temple, Sri Padmavathi Ammavari(Amman) Temple and Sri Prasanna Anjaneya Swamy Temple. The temple was constructed by Raja's of KarvetiNagar consists of a shrine of Sri Anjaneya Swamy. This temple was taken over by Tirumala Tirupati Devasthanams(TTD) in the year 1988.

Weekly Utsavam - Srivari Abhishekam: 
Abhishekham is performed to Lord Prasanna Venkateswara Swamy, the main deity of the temple on Every Friday inside the temple. Pilgrims are allowed to participate in the seva. This is an Arjitha(Paid) Seva at a cost of Rs. 5:00 per person.

Monthly Utsavam(Festival) - Kalyanotsavam:
Kalyanotsavam is celebrated to the Lord along with his consorts Goddess Sri Padmavathi Devi and Sri Goda Devi on the day of SRAVANA NAKSHATRAM(birth star of Lord Venkateswara Swamy) in every month.

Annual Festival - Srivari Brahmotsavam:
The most important festival in the temple is Srivari Annual Brahmotsavam which is being celebrated in the month of Jyesta(May/June) for a period of 10days. The other annual festivals/rituals are Ugadi, Rathasaptami, Depavali, Anivara Asthanam and Vaikunta Ekadasi which are celebrated once in a year in a grand manner.

On the 10th day CHAKRASNANAM is performed to the Lord.
