Medaram: Samakka Sarakka(Saralamma) Jatara 2014 Dates

Samakka Sarakka Jatara is a Tribal Festival which is celebrated in Medaram Village in Tadvai Mandal, Warangal District, State of Telangana, India. This festival is being celebrated in the month of Magha(February) for 4 days once in 2 years. This year 2014, the Jatara begins on Magha Sudhha Trayodasi, February 12, 2014(Wednesday) and concludes on Magha Bahula Padyami, February 15, 2014(Saturday).

The most important day of the Jatara is the Third Day i.e. Magha Suddha Pournima. On this 3rd day, Goddess Samakka Sarakka Darshan is available to Devotees.

The Samakka Sarakka Jatara is also popularly known as
