Shri Mata Vaishno Devi Helicopter Online Booking Procedure

Shri Vaishno Devi Temple is the abode of Shri Mata Vaishno Devi Ji. Sri Mata Vaishno Devi resides in a Holy Cave named as BHAWAN. Pilgrims or Yatris have to undertake a trek of nearly 13KM to reach Holy Bhawan from the base camp located at Katra. Katra is located at a distance of 50KM from Jammu. Shri Mata Vaishno Devi Shrine Board maintains the holy Bhawan has provided the facility of Helicopter services for the devotees from Katra to reach the Bhawan. 

Note: Online Helicopter booking should be done only through Shri Mata Vaishno Devi official Temple website https://www.maavaishnodevi.org/ only. The procedure is as follows...

Minimum Requirements before booking of Helicopter Services:

1. A valid e-mail ID is required
2. User Registration should be completed. click on New User for new registration to get the login credentials.
3. A photo Identity card is required(A valid PAN card is required)
4. A Valid HDFC Bank Credit/Debit card (or) any other bank Master/Visa-Credit/Debit Card.

Instructions before proceeding for Online Helicopter Booking Services:

1. A maximum of 05 seats each can be booked by a User in calendar month for Helicopter travel from Katra to Sanjhichhat (or) Sanjhichhat to Katra
2. Online Helicopter booking can be done in advance of max 30 days only.
3. Online Booking facility is available for Helicopter Services with affordable rates.
4. Cancellation or preponement /postponement of time of travel shall not be permissible  once ONLINE BOOKING has been done.
5. Full fare refund shall be made only in case of cancellation of Helicopter due to bad weather/technical reasons.
6. Once online ticket booked, the ticket shall be Non-Transferable.
7. Daily maximum of 108 passengers are allowed in 18 trips.

Just Follow 6 steps to complete the Helicopter Booking Process:

1. First Logon with your login credentials and then click on HELICOPTER SERVICES
2. On the next screen, Select the Route, No. of passengers & Registration Date and then click on GET AVAILABILITY
3. On the next screen, Enter the PAN card details & personal details and then click on PROCEED TO BOOK
4. Transanction Reference ID/Track ID will be allotted. Thereafter Enter the value of the Code from the displayed Image and then click on PAY NOW
5. On the next Screen, HDFC Bank Gateway Payment is displayed. Select your Banker's Payment Gateway Process from the available 3 "Choose your Card options" and enter Card Number,Expiry Date of Credit/Debit Card & enter Card Security Code(CVV) and click on NEXT to complete the payment process.
6. On successful completion of the Payment Gateway Process, an ERS(Electronic Reservation Slip) is generated. Take the print out of ERS and produce the ERS with relevant identity proof of documents for availing of these Services at the time of Prilgrimage, failing which the user can be denied the concerned service/facility.
